Hi everyone,
I have the above wood turning lathe plus some associated tools (chisels and band saw),which belong to my father In law,who has now sadly gone onto a retirement home, and this equipment needs to be sold.
I have asked if this request is ok to post on this forum,do please remove if not acceptable.
I am unfamiliar on value or desirability of this unit.
Located Nottinghamshire area.
I would be interested to hear from anyone who might be interested in this or these items.
Many thanks.
Simon.

hi @Torchyboy123 Do you know the motor HP or what the unit plugs into? Is it standard household 240V or something else? I can't see it clearly in the pic.
also, how are the bearings and the speed control? does it run smoothly? I'm curious about the condition

Hi,
Many thanks for your message,
I do know that it runs off 240v,via standard wall plug.
As for the bearings and speed control,I would need to investigate, and you may have more knowledge on a way to test this more me.
I can go and plug it in,run it and send you a video etc,if this might help?.
I have to say, whilst not clueless on this, I 'm no expert, but will certainly find out.
I know it has run,for maybe the last four years, but was certainly looked after when it was in use.
All the best.
Simon.

Hi j0eman,
Further to my last message,Disaster!!.
I just popped round to fire up the lathe, only to find that the controller is missing, have hunted through the whole workshop, I now have to try contacting the manufacturer and source another unit.
My apologies for this,if you are still interested I can contact you, when I have it up and running.
Kind regards.
Simon Hook.

Thanks very much.
All good now, have found the unit, the lathe runs beautifully, now just have to find some interested parties.
I have no idea what it's value would be though.

That's great, happy you managed to find the unit, hopefully someone can help with the value placement range
