Help needed on CNC enclosure

I'm trying to build a new enclosure for my Carve Master CNC and I'm having a headache trying to figure out the best way to get the wood. My car's small, so it's easier to order a bunch of 18x24" plywood pieces instead of the usual large sheets.

My plan is to alternate two overlapping panels of these smaller pieces with some sealant, like the acoustic ones to create sliding panels. Then I'll use the CNC to cut out windows for acrylic. what do you think?

my other question is am I better off just renting a truck for the full-size sheets?

Honestly, if you've got the tools and patience, your small-panel idea could work fine, especially with good sealant. But if you're aiming for clean lines and fewer seams, renting a truck for full sheets might save you a ton of hassle. Either way, sounds like a fun build.

Using lots of 18x24 plywood pieces will leave you with weak seams, extra sealing work, and higher cost. Renting a truck once to haul full-size sheets is cheaper, stronger, and way less hassle overall
