Delta 22-560 any good?

I saw someone post his preloved delta 22-560 online for 220 bucks, says its in mint condition and not abused at all. says all the positive things and thats not a surprise. Cant tell til its in my possession. so the real questions is, is it worth the shot? I know its a hit or miss kinda thing, but $220?

Honestly, for $220, it's not a huge gamble, delta 22-560 isn't a bad saw, and if it's really in mint condition like they say, you could definitely get a solid deal. worst case, if it's not as great as they claim, you can probably still flip it or part it out for close to what you paid, but yo, you gotta go check it out in person if you can, make sure it runs smooth and hasn't been abused too much.
