Cutting straight lines is a headache

Trying to build my only son a study stable as an extension of what he currently has right now and man is it hard to cut a straight line. Cany anyone recommend a good table saw? Is it worth buying online?
 
get a decent contractor-grade saw, DeWalt or Bosch both deliver. Just buy it in person if you can so you can check the fence and table flatness before dropping cash.

Agree with them on the DeWalt. Nice to see you ended up going for it. Any progress on the study table?
