Backyard shed makeover

I've got an old backyard shed that's just begging for a transformation. It has good bones, but I'm considering turning it into a cozy workspace without spending a fortune. A little bracing here and there, repurposed shelves for storage, and maybe a DIY desk from leftover wood to give it charm. Any cost-saving tips to add a splash of character without breaking the bank?

just work with what you have, its okay to use the leftover wood, old furniture, scrap metal or pallets can all add character. and maybe a good coat of paint and some warm lighting go a long way.
