Anyone know United by Newcorp?

What is this brand? I got a table saw and it's got a United by Newcorp engraving saying it's a tilting arbor saw. I searched up the serial number but there's nothing on it, absolutely Na-da! The person who sold it said it's based in Vegas? But the brand is literally not popular and I'm shook. I searched it up it just says they make Delta clones. Honestly looks much alike but? A knockoff? Does it work the same?

@BreakBad I have a United by Newcorp table saw too. its from a company in Las Vegas that copied Delta designs. Mine works fine for basic cuts. Parts might be tricky to find since its not a big brand. its not a knockoff exactly just a clone. Should work similar to a Delta if its in good shape.
