diy pedestal with drawers under appliances

I'm planning to build a pedestal to raise a washer and dryer so loading is easier. I've got basic tools... hand saw, jigsaw, screwdrivers... but not a lot of woodworking experience. Plan is a simple box: about 15" tall, 60" wide, 35" deep, framed with 2x4s and skinned with ¾" plywood. Ideally I'd add a drawer under each unit for storage.

Problem is, I can't find a decent online tool that lets me start with 2x4 framing and then layer plywood. I'm mainly looking for plans or a site that spits out measurements and cut lists. Anyone here have a go-to resource for quick DIY furniture plans? Or has anyone built a washer/dryer pedestal like this and willing to share dimensions that worked?

You're right, a lot of those online tools are too specific and don't work well for a project that starts with a basic frame like this.
Your plan is solid, and thinking of it like a small deck is a good way to approach it!
Your dimensions are a great starting point for the framing.
The idea of a rectangular frame on the top and bottom with vertical posts is exactly what you need.
Use wood screws since butt joints with glue alone might not hold up to the vibration and weight of the appliances.
It's also good to add a few more vertical posts in the middle to support the weight and create the drawer openings.
Once the frame is assembled, your 3/4" plywood skin will add a ton of rigidity.
Your jigsaw will work for the cuts, but for the long, straight edges on the top and sides, clamping a straightedge to the plywood as a guide will make a huge difference in the final look!
A handsaw is also a great tool for this, you just need to mark your line and take your time.
